If you are considering buying off-plan, the amounts that you advance must be guaranteed by means of an insurance policy that enables you to recover your investment in the event of a breach of contract. Likewise, we check that, in the case of properties less than 10 years old, they have taken out insurance on the materials and the execution of the property’s structural elements.

Has a community been created to administer the property?

In properties with common areas or with multiple owners, the law states that a community of neighbours must be created to administer the operation of the same (maintenance of swimming pools, hiring civil liability insurance, cleaning services, etc.). We inform you of the percentage that corresponds to you to participate in rights and obligations.

How much will it cost me to maintain the property?
